Thought Corruption and Sense... I'm at 100views :)

Thanks folks I'm at 100views of my page nicceee. As sort of a gift(I guess haha) I'll release this poem I wrote when I first started college a ways back and was losing my focus and desire to stay in it lol. It's not as nice and polished as my other newer ones but it's still decent and relate-able to some folks. I find it funny looking back on it.

There's basically 3 characters My Thoughts, my negative corruption, and my common sense.

My thoughts are in normal lettering
Negative Corruption is in bold
Lastly My Common Sense is in italics

Fuck college I really can’t stand this shit
Yes fuck it its over-rated nothing but fucked up BS and politics
You not thinking straight most careers require it

But it has to be something else I can do look at this hole I’m stuck in
You definitely right this world isn’t huge for nothing
Your brain just needs to overcome it just let your mind toughen

You see I’m going nowhere fast low on cash and can’t pass
Just inhale that good shit, relax, and skip class
You can’t run away from 1 sign of a difficult path

Then what do I do, my mind is weak it isn’t clear and concrete
Get money, pick up your heat get a connect and get on the streets
No get your ass back in a seat study and complete

I’m trying to find a balance between you two, to no avail.
Trust me it’s easy, get an attitude take no shit and raise some hell
You can’t live happily off of part time jobs or being in jail

There is no balance I’m right he’s wrong this opportunity will never be gone
Listen to your reason trust your gut for choice of where you think you belong

Can’t triumph over the evil in the streets
Working a bunch of Part time will probably trump me, my life wouldn’t compete
Either path I take will be hard to reach some gratification
My common sense says my thoughts are corrupt
I would rather just be gone, damn man I’m losing my patients
